Dead Center Studio is an owner operated woodturning studio in Chicago. Using sustainable and locally harvested wood, we make premium woodturned items for your home. Our mission is to make the highest quality and most beautiful practical products that are available. We offer, quite simply, the finest bowls in America. I harvest all my own wood from previously downed trees, from local arborists, and from offcuts from classes at the Chicago School of Woodworking, where I am an instructor.
